CHOCOLATE & WINE PAIRING

Residents will be treated to an in depth educational course on the history of chocolate while tasting decadent samples harvested at SPAGnVOLA's Dominican Republic based Cacoa Farm. This 60-minute chocolate tasting session includes learning basic chocolate knowledge, flavor profiles, and a Q&A with owner Eric Reid.
